Once I had a minor issue in TextPad. Scrolling up/down with the PgUp/PgDn keys did not move the cursor, it just moved the view of the file.

If I scrolled away and pressed any other key, then the screen jumped back to the position where it was before the scrolling. The solution: the standard behaviour (where PgUp/PgDn moves the cursor as well) can be changed to this annoying one by activating the ScrollLock on the keyboard. It took me quite some time to figure this out (usually I do not care about the ScrollLock state) ... so I thought I should write this down somewhere.
