NavBall is yet another crazy game idea based on GPS enabled phones. The main point is that two teams (each consisting of 11 players) try to score goals against one another by shooting a virtual ball. The game is coordinated by a central server, which is responsible for calculating the ball's movement. A goal is scored for a team whenever the ball crosses the virtual gate of the other team. The players can shoot the ball by taking positions in the city that together make an arrow-like shape on the map. Sounds like a lot of fun for geeks who don't excel at sports.
