This info is available at the NoMachine site too, but Mac OS X is not mentioned explicitly (you just have to input the right keywords into Google to find it).

For Mac OS X one has to substitute the Command key for the Alt key in the official NoMachine shortcut list.
Just to keep the info safe, I duplicate it for myself.
Press ...
- Ctrl + Command + Shift + Esc to get rid of a not responding session
- Ctrl + Command + T to terminate a session
- Ctrl + Command + F to switch to fullscreen/windowed
- Ctrl + Command + M to minimize or maximize fullscreen window
- Ctrl + Command + arrow keys to viewport navigation
- Ctrl + Command + keypad arrow keys to viewport navigation (Note: this action is performed also by keeping Ctrl + Option(Apple) pressed and dragging the content of the main window by the pointer)
- Ctrl + Command + R to switch "auto-resize/viewport" mode. The agent starts in auto-resize mode, so users can resize the desktop simply by resizing the main window. In viewport mode, resizing the main window doesn't make the desktop resize itself, but users can navigate the desktop by moving the viewport
- Ctrl + Command + E to toggle the lazy encoding
- Ctrl + Command + J to force a drawable's synchronization, in order to attempt a fix for a visualization problem
- Command + W when the window manager is present, it allows you to suspend or terminate a session
- Ctrl + Command + K to enable/disable the catching of Alt+Tab and Print Screen keys
