I'm sure there're lots of people in the U.S. to deny this (I've already met some who did not think of Hungarians as barbarian/nomadic people
), but I tend to believe that there's some truth in the common stereotype about them. At least I do not see much cooperativeness in their foreign politics.
Their government used to do whatever it believes is right (or is in its right to do) ... and sometimes this is far from what the rest of the world would suggest.
After all ... who is anybody else to criticize them? :->
