"Apache Directory Studio is a complete directory tooling platform intended to be used with any LDAP server however it is particularly designed for use with ApacheDS. It is an Eclipse RCP application, composed of several Eclipse (OSGi) plugins, that can be easily upgraded with additional ones. These plugins can even run within Eclipse itself."
Imho ADS is currently the best LDAP client (browser/editor) with a GUI. It's a bit bloated (since it's based on Eclipse), but the features and the UI are worth it. Up til now my alltime favourite was
LDAP Browser\Editor by Jarek Gawor (v2.8.2), but it has not been maintained for years and lacks a few features (eg. searching for base objects) that are quite important when dealing with various LDAP servers.
