The guys at Lynda.com made a quite impressive amount of training material. I've just listened to the Flex 2 Essentials and it was a good tutorial for newbies like me. Actually I found the pace of the videos a bit slow for my taste, but it's most probably because I've already worked with Java, JavaScript before and the tutorials assumed not much knowledge of these.
