Here are some most amusing ideas on how to spice up the life of your net-stealing neighbours. I could imagine more cruel ways of punishment for this crime (eg. logging all their passwords and deleting their mail-accounts, etc. :->), but I'm too nice to actually do such things ... and too lazy to configure such booby-traps as jokes. I just set up my Wi-Fi router to bounce off most script kiddies and hope not to get in touch with any skilled evildoers.
