The iTunes Rename Disk File script is perfectly suited for the task and is a good intro on AppleScript programming too. Create a Scripts directory inside your $HOME/Library/iTunes and download and place the script there. An AppleScript icon will appear beside the "Help" menu, when you're running iTunes. Select a couple of tracks in iTunes, then start the script from the menu. It's simple to use and easy to customize if needed.
