Speedup of NeoOffice launch

NeoOffice starts pretty slowly, even on my 2.33GHz Core2Duo MacBook Pro! Sad Eg. if you boot the OS and try to open a document by double-clicking on it, then it takes a couple of seconds (maybe 5-10s?) for NeoOffice to launch for the first time after the boot. This can be quite annoying considering that any other application starts in max. 2-3s. I've found that putting NeoOffice into the list of login items ("System Preferences / Accounts / Login Items") moves this waiting time from the moment of actual usage of the application to the login process, where you most probably do not want to open documents anyway, so it's a lot less frustrating.

The only problem with this is that NeoOffice starts with a blank document by default and as such, it places a windows on the screen. But all we want is to start the application in the background upon login to have it already loaded in the memory, when we need it later. You can tweak NeoOffice not to open a blank document on startup using the procedure described here.
