It's a masterpiece, really. I mean all roles were played just by the right actor (or actress). Both Michael Caine and Demi Moore are brilliant and I think all the minor roles were played well too. I assume people always liked the Robin Hood stories, where a criminal turns out to be a selfless humanitarian of some sort. It makes our belief a little bit less obsurd about bad guys getting their rightful punishment in the end. I also liked that the plot was not that easy to guess like in most Hollywood productions it is. And actually I could very much imagine that something like this could have been done at that time. The movie is very much worth watching and since it's without any murder or sex, you can take your kids with you.
