It's a public fact that Windows 7 and Windows 2008 are very close (they run the same kernel, etc.) to each other. Today I've found a screen in Windows 2008 R2 (SP1) which Microsoft forgot to update when they forked Windows 2008 from the Windows 7 codebase.
Open "Control Panel" / "User Accounts" / "User Accounts". Click "Change User Account Control settings" and move the slider down to "Never notify". Read the warning at the bottom of the section to the right:
"Not recommended. Choose this only if you need to use programs that are not certified for Windows 7 because they do not support User Account Control."
